We're broadcasting this performance live!
In spite of the fact that the current extraordinary situation prevents us all from meeting at Müpa Budapest in person, we would still like to make the coming days nicer and more uplifting. This is why we are going to transmit our live performance, without an audience, on our website, Facebook-page and YouTube channel.
We look forward to welcoming you to the event, through your screen!
The performance will be broadcasted on our website, Facebook-page and YouTube channel.
Zoli Beck, the frontman of 30Y who published a book to celebrate 20 years of his band in 2020, first performed his confessional play The Generationless Man (A nemzedék nélküli ember) in August 2019. This musical solo evening stitched together by small monologues and sketches now arrives at a final show that has been shaped by countless successful appearances. The Generationless Man presents our unknowable world through songs that create the illusion that it can be comprehended and whistled along to after all.

the photographers scour the face of the generationless man. wrinkles have begun to appear. grey streaks in his sideburns. the silver of time glints in his stubble. his laughter rejuvenates - yet the lines around his eyes are growing in number. the grooves form ever more distinctly from his nostrils towards the corners of the lips. i have a relationship with time: that which is behind me, and that which is ahead. or rather the present, where one of them is continually beginning, and the other is continually at an end. i have no history, i simply make it up as I go along.'
A solo concert from the 30Y front man. 21 songs and 2,000 words. A one-act play, running time: 100 minutes
The show will be performed for the final time at Müpa Budapest.
