With a personal approach yet also a passion that is obvious to all, Orsi Kozma will perform songs from Hungarian pop divas that have played a decisive role in both her own development and the formation of her musical tastes. You could also see this as a little lesson in Hungarian musical history, given that the evening will be constructed from gems from Annie Kapitány, the Koncz–Kovács–Zalatnay beat era, and the likes of Klári Katona, Kati Bontovics and Magdi Bódy. Yet, Orsi’s quartet, which encompasses the arranger Gábor Cseke, three brass musicians and also the dramaturg Gergely Zöldi, and their special guest, the actor Márk Ember, are not interested in nostalgia – instead, they are seeking to present enduring values. With grace and style.
