In the two years since its foundation, the group Mehringer has rapidly made a path among Hungary’s breakthrough acts. They have performed in front of huge crowds as a support act on several major shows, helping to underline their ever-increasing popularity. The quartet’s path to date has been characterised by their plain-spoken lyrics, energetic songs and increasingly notable collaborations. In this one-off Friday 13th concert, Marci Mehringer and his band will celebrate their third birthday on a date that is considered unlucky by many, but which has always brought the group good fortune. Available exclusively at Müpa Budapest, this one-off, full-length show will present the audience with the band’s latest songs and the best of their work so far, with the sound and spectacle specially calibrated for the welcoming and celebratory surroundings of the Festival Theatre.
