A woman and a man, two wonderful voices (plus a guitar), a colourful repertoire, and a little seasonal cheer. On the ice rink outdoor stage, the duo of Klára Hajdu and Milán Szakonyi will help you warm up for the coming holidays. They both have countless successes to their names and we can be sure there will be plenty more. The pairing has worked together for five years and they have sung in Munich, London, Canada and the United States. The first song they wrote together, entitled You're Gonna Rise, was selected among the best 30 tracks in the A DAL (THE SONG) chart of 2019.

Klára Hajdu is an outstanding singer-songwriter and teacher on the Hungarian jazz scene. She was voted female singer of the year by the readers of both MagyarJazz.hu and Jazzma.hu for 2021. She is well known by the local jazz audience as she sang for almost a decade in one of the country's most popular jazz ensembles, the gold-certified, double Fonogram Award-winning Elemér Balázs Group. In 2008, she founded her own quartet, with which she has released three records that have earned the acclaim of experts and audiences alike. These are being distributed in Japan and streamed in more than 30 countries.
Plays Standards Dedicated to Chet Baker and their latest album Journey were both nominated for Fonogram Awards in the Hungarian Jazz Album of the Year category.
Likewise, Milán Szakonyi needs no introduction to jazz fans as he has been the male voice of the Elemér Balázs Group for nine years. The two singers have the band to thank for bringing them together. Milán also works with Boggie and Áron Romhányi as a songwriter and performer, but he is also writing songs for his own solo album.
In addition to their own songs, the duo's repertoire includes jazz classics, pop songs and Hungarian folk songs, while they will also perform some Christmas songs for these two concerts.
