I Am Your Silence – A tribute to Tamás Cseh
3 November 2024, Sunday
8 pm - 10 pm
Béla Bartók National Concert Hall

Silence fills the space between sounds, which is why it is just as important as sound itself. When noise gets too much, it is in silence that we can find ourselves again. In silence, sounds are reunited in music, thoughts become actions. Silence can be frightening, full of joy, but also pain. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as it's not indifferent. The songs written by Géza Bereményi for Tamás Cseh fill this silence with memories of the past, humour, sentiments and substance. In which all of us can find ourselves. A Best of Tamás Cseh and Géza Bereményi show, you could say, featuring the finest actors and musicians, and with orchestration from Róbert Hrutka.
