There is huge anticipation for this joint concert featuring Artist of the Season Ferenc Snétberger and five-time Grammy winner Dianne Reeves – not least from the performers themselves. Snétberger, a Berlin resident and Kossuth Prize-winning guitar virtuoso, is a man of few words. Instead, he prefers to use his instrument to pursue thrilling, emotional and uplifting dialogues with his musical companions. Reeves, on the other hand, uses her vocals to make music, tell tales and create magic of a million colours. Connecting to their shared stories will be Reeves's old partner John Beasley, a fellow Grammy winner who once played piano for Miles Davis and Freddie Hubbard, as well as the guitarist's son, drummer Toni Snétberger, and József Barcza-Horváth, one of the most sought-after Hungarian jazz double bass players and songwriters in Hungary. Some of the songs of Reeves and Snétberger will be performed in duos or trios, others by the entire cast of performers.
