It's impossible not to love Budapest Bár. Just turn up at a concert, kick back and party as you enjoy a selection of great music and one great song after another. You can bring your grandmother, your grandchildren and your friends - each and every one of them is guaranteed a wonderful time.

The band has been performing a mix of their own songs and experimental cover songs for more than ten years, playing a selection from the diverse factory of music that is Hungarian pop music, while also adding a few tunes of their own to the pantheon. In fact, the band's latest albums have featured more and more of their own songs. Budapest Bár, led by Róbert Farkas, have invited Dorottya Udvaros to be their special guest. Dorottya, known to most Hungarians for her acting skills, also has more than a passing acquaintance with the world of music and song, having released several of her own albums.
Budapest Bár's reworkings of heart-rending and heart-breaking Gypsy songs have turned them into one of the most popular bands in the whole of Hungary, with audiences repeatedly seduced by the band's outstanding musicians and rock singers enjoying cult status. Budapest Bár, who originally only got together to record one album, now perform with 11 singers and a completely unique line-up - maybe that's why today they are one of the most sought-after bands in Hungary for concerts, festivals and big-stage events. Leaping from one style of music to another, Budapest Bár take us far from the banality of everyday life. Open your ears to the music of joy!
