The Uzbekistan-born Israeli-American Yefim Bronfman is one of today's brightest pianist stars. He feels particularly close to such 20th-century classics as Bartók, Stravinsky, and Prokofiev. His recording of Bartók's three piano concertos was acknowledged with a Grammy Award in 1997. The conductor's rostrum will be occupied by the Columbian Andrés Orozco-Estrada, who lives in Vienna and currently fills key positions in three orchestras: the Houston Symphony, the Frankfurt Radio Symphony, and the London Philharmonic Orchestra.

Rolex is the exclusive partner of the Vienna Philharmonic.
