3rd Budapest International Choral Celebration - Midnight Voices - interactive light show and concert
20 May 2018, Sunday
9:59 pm - 11:30 pm
Béla Bartók National Concert Hall

This international choral festival takes place of the third time from 18 to 21 May and will welcome more than a thousand singers from all over the world. In addition to the gala events in the concert hall, the programme features festival concerts, communal singing and workshops, and the return of the midnight choral concert.

Midnight voices and lights... The aim of this nighttime interactive concert is to 'switch on' all of our senses. The audience will not only hear the music: the production is also paired with a light show. Visitors will actively participate in the performance of the music instead of just listening. At this special concert, the visitor will get to know not only what a wonderful thing choral music really is, but also how great it feels to take an active role in choral singing. Join this interactive programme in which you can sing and celebrate choral music together with the performers!
