Zsuzsa Koncz
3 February 2018, Saturday
6 pm - 8 pm
one interval
Béla Bartók National Concert Hall

A permanent fixture among Hungary's popular music stars, Zsuzsa Koncz promises a true cultural experience every time she performs in Müpa Budapest's concert hall. Her songs always address our very selves in the present moment, answering our current psychological state regardless of when the songs or verses were written: in the last century or in more recent times. November of 2016 marked the released of Koncz's most recent album, her 40th: composed of new material, Vadvilág ("Wild World”) went gold in little more than three weeks and had already gone platinum by the time of her packed concert at the Budapest Arena this February.
This concert presents the new record along with, naturally, those great old favourites that have made Koncz a celebrated and beloved star who brings directness and sincerity to her performances.
