Whatever project Veronika Harcsa takes on, it always carries a positive message. The same kind of message is projected towards the audience in the duo she forms with the guitarist Bálint Gyémánt, summarised in the title of this concert and the new album on which it draws: Lifelover. Gyémánt’s full, bass-heavy guitar sound, combined with the multi-coloured and sometimes instrumental timbre of Harcsa’s voice, build the experience of orchestral sound in which loops also play an integral part. Graphic artist Levente Szabó knows the duo’s music well and creates projections for the evening which translate each song’s mood into sets of distinct images. Presented by: Palace of Arts
