Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, and Prince all took notice of the amazing voice of Judith Hill. She has contributed to the records of such world stars as Elton John, Dave Stewart, Anastacia, Robbie Williams, and Rod Stewart. She was to be the partner of Michael Jackson in his song I Just Can't Stop Loving You at his planned show, This Is It. In 2014 she was featured in 20 Feet from Stardom, a documentary on background vocalists, which won the Oscar in its category, and subsequently a Grammy Award.
In 2015 Hill's first solo record was produced by Prince, who also wrote and arranged songs for Back in Time, and even helped the former background vocalist with some background vocals.
