This is a concert of music to celebrate the birthday of Dusán Sztevanovity, who wrote the lyrics for the musical The Attic and for so many hits by Zorán, LGT and Klári Katona: a total of more than 600 songs. Accompanying Dusán on the piano will be his good old songwriting partner, Gábor Presser, joined by his musician friends.
For most any songwriter or lyricist we can think of, out of 600 songs, there would only be enough of sufficient excellence for one evening. When it comes to Dusán Sztevanovity, however, one could easily fill many more such concerts of compositions like this, without repeating any of them. And of course, while in most cases the lines considered eternally beautiful also required Gábor Presser's songs to go with them, the lyrics he wrote for Zorán, LGT, Klári Katona and many other performers are without a doubt among the most memorable in Hungarian pop history. His lyrics are characterised by rich emotion, loftiness and profundity, which this time his principal co-author will perform together with their musician friends - all there to salute one of Hungary's finest lyricists.
