Few albums have had as profound an impact on Hungarian popular music around the turn of the millennium, and in the decades that followed, as Anima Sound System’s legendary Hungarian Astronaut. Those who weren’t around back then can now make up for their loss, and for those hoping for a repeat, it’s a dream come true: on the occasion of the album's 30th anniversary, the band will perform the entire record in full, featuring the original vocalist, Szilvia Bognár. Despite this momentous occasion, nostalgia won’t be the only star of the show: the audience will also get a taste of the new material set to release this spring. The evening is therefore a must-attend not only for fans who first discovered the band on cassette tapes back in the day, but also for those who have encountered one of the cornerstones of Hungarian electronic music through online streaming platforms.
