Sena Dagadu has been a key figure on the Hungarian pop scene for the best part of 20 years. Though the Hungarian-Ghanian singer has achieved her greatest success as a front person for Irie Maffia, she has also enjoyed a significant solo career. In her Sena DagaDub show, her meditative, spiritual side comes to the fore. Jamaican dub, jazz flute, Sena's smoky voice, Ghanaian African rhythms and the soaring imaginations of the artist-performers on stage combine to create a truly unique atmosphere. With this production as a trio – with Ákos Pásztor and Márton Élő – the laid-back contemplation, at once repetitive and diverse, is the perfect companion to help get you in the mood for Christmas.
