What Hungarian is not familiar with Pom Pom and his friends, Pop-up Watchspring, Paint-sneezing Benő Atishoo, Birdguard Ballcatcher, Spideraser or the loveable bird Egg-shaped Arthur. What few people know is that even a fat feathered friend can fall in love, or what mischief an accursed Ambush Clothesline can get up to. Thankfully, Pom Pom always appears wherever he is needed, and problems magically disappear whenever he is around. A humorous and enlightening story about friendship, self-respect and the fact that all of us have some form of special ability, but that we can only be happy if we learn to put it to use to help others.
