Admission to the event is free of charge.
A hundred years seems like an unimaginably long time to many of us. Just take a glance at how music has been transformed: our great-grandparents partied to tunes that were completely different to what today's kids enjoy... PerpiJazz – the interactive “sibling” of the perpētuum band – is this time preparing a live music time-travel adventure spiced up with dance and singing for preteens at Müpa Budapest. The four members of the band started their journey in the land of jazz, but have since also explored the realms of rock, pop, reggae, metal, and electronica, so better guides are hardly imaginable when it comes to jointly drawing the musical map of the past century. So many styles, so many genres – but does one follow from another, or were they perhaps born in opposition? As we diligently search for the answers to these questions, there will also be an opportunity for collaborative songwriting.
