3 pm–5 pm: MA years I and II
During the day, Hungary’s most talented young organists perform on the Müpa organ, while in the evening teachers and students give a joint concert. Based on the combined votes of the jury and audience, it will be decided which students perform at the evening concert alongside the world-renowned organ teachers of the Liszt Academy of Music. Works will include the best-known French, German and Hungarian composers of the Romantic era and the 20th century. The evening concert closes with a joint improvisation by János Pálúr and László Fassang. In the interval, guests are invited to throw their favourite musical themes into a basket!
