Müpa Budapest’s jubilee season will bring a cavalcade of audience favourites to the stage.

Arriving to perform rarely heard works will be some of the world’s top soloists joined by likewise leading orchestras and conductors, such as Riccardo Chailly and Filarmonica della Scala, Andris Nelsons and the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, Thomas Adès and the Vienna Philharmonic, William Christie and Les Arts Florissants, Paavo Järvi and the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, Jordi Savall and his ensembles, as well as Joyce DiDonato with Il Pomo d’Oro.

Jazz fans will have plenty to choose from, as we can expect visits from Maria Schneider, Danilo Pérez, John Patitucci and Brian Blade in 2025, with the Jazz Spring and Jazz Showcase event series offering even more for aficionados of the genre. We will also be welcoming international stars, along with local favourites, in the realm of popular music. Also in store for the new year: programmes from the Müpa Film Club and Literarium series, as well as our beloved dance and youth productions.

Once again, cardholders of the Müpa+ membership programme will be the first to be able to purchase tickets for the newly announced events, with sales starting on 1 October for Platinum-level cardholders, at 10 am on 2 October for Gold-level cardholders and later that same day at 2 pm for Silver-level cardholders. Base-level cardholders of the membership programme, as well as the general public, will be able to buy tickets for the new performances from 10 am on 3 October, both in person from the Müpa Budapest box office and online at www.mupa.hu.
