As our regular visitors know, we are always looking for opportunities for renewal and development, and from time to time we try to find ways to enhance their comfort by making changes both minor and major and raising the standard of our services.

Our sustainability strategy includes strong support for the use of public transport, so from 1 November we will no longer charge our guests to leave their belongs at the cloakroom, meaning guests arriving without a car will no longer incur additional expenses for doing so.

We have also been thinking about those who would like to remain in the building after the performances to discuss what they have seen and heard over a tasty beverage. And so from the beginning of the month, our snack bar in the ground floor foyer will be serving spectators according to extended opening hours after the concerts. We do everything we can to ensure that exiting the garage is as quick as possible even with the altered traffic conditions, and this effort will also be helped by the fact that not everyone will be departing for home at the same time after the performances.

And finally, also from 1 November, visitors to the Müpa Budapest building can return to the newly reopened and renewed Vince Bookshop in the foyer (in front of the entrance to the Ludwig Museum)!

The shops offers everything from contemporary fiction and books on art and gastronomy to children’s books and Müpa-branded gift items. Surprise your loved ones or yourself with something special!
