Platinum level members of the Müpa+ membership programme can buy tickets for the event on 29 September from 10 am, at the Gold level on 30 September from 10 am, and at the Silver level on 1 October from 10 am. Basic level members, as well as members of the general public will get the opportunity to purchase tickets from 10 am on 2 October.
This concert by Emma Rawicz is worth attending not simply because, at the age of 25, she has already released four albums of her own, three of them under the respected ACT label, or because she has been leading her own ensemble for years. And not even because DownBeat magazine’s critics recently ranked her highly as a rising star in three separate categories. What is more, Jamie Cullum did not stop short in calling the British saxophonist extraordinarily talented. The real reason is that there is always a sense of cheerfulness in her excitingly constructed compositions, and her disarmingly virtuosic playing is pure sunshine. Her music always offers an intellectual experience, while remaining endlessly entertaining. Emma Rawicz will perform her INKYRA production for the last time on this evening.
