Venues with a unique atmosphere come to life thanks to music: Budapest Ritmo is in the city again. Concerts filmed on special Budapest locations and in Akvárium Klub bring to you world music, as well as jazz, electronica, and even metal.
For years, Budapest Ritmo has brought about great discoveries and remarkable encounters, and 2021 will be no exception to the rule. Cimbaliband join forces with Alexandra Horváth and Máté Solymosi to bring you some thrilling Gypsy music. With their dark folk rock, Gábor Reisz and Bálint Szimler introduce the surrealistic world of their MORDÁI to Hotel Gellért, then Odd ID will crank up the mood in the jungle of Twentysix Budapest with their psychedelic music and some help from director Fanni Szilágyi. Budapest Ritmo will close with a filmic biography of Astor Piazzolla , who revolutionized tango. Open your ears, Budapest Ritmo is waiting for you!
