Beatbox: All the sounds of Fekete János Jammal's one-man orchestra lie hidden in his throat. This artist doesn't just say but also shows us how the mouth can imitate anything, from a door opening to the sound of a car braking and even the dense noise of a shower. He brings sounds from our everyday lives to the stage, noises that are so natural to us we don't even hear them. But what happens if we encounter them in an unusual setting? Sit back and listen for a while as music, stories and history are built up around them.

János Jammal Fekete is a lucky man - his career today is in something that has fascinated him since he was a boy. He has always been surrounded by musicians in his family, and they inspired him to start drumming and then beatboxing. Jammal studied in the drumming department at the Kőbánya Music Studio before winning the Best Show award in the Hungarian Beatbox Contest. He later achieved further fame through his appearances in the Csillag születik (A Star is Born) and Ki Mit Tube (Show and Tube) television shows. Jammal, who loves all types of music, has performed not only in countless bands but also films and theatre. His work in the latter two fields inspired him to create his very own genre: in addition to his masterful imitation of drum beats and a bravura mix of effects, Jammal combines sounds, noises and reverberations to create a story. The show, which is suitable for both children and adults alike, demonstrates how sound really is king: everything starts with, and everything is created from it. During his beatbox performances, everyday situations develop into absurd and entertaining skits. For instance, we will find out how to fix a washing machine with a chainsaw, and that's just for starters...
