Wuthering Heights is ones of the greatest mysteries in the history of literature. Emily Brontë was probably the first author to convey how hatred and love can coexist, and how their effects can both reinforce and destroy each other, with such sensitivity and elemental power. Few others have equalled her since. This story of the passionate love of Catherine and Heathcliff, lasting to the grave - and perhaps beyond - will now be staged by the Miskolc Ballet.
