Platinum level members of the Müpa+ membership programme can buy tickets for the event on 5 May from 10 am, at the Gold level on 6 May from 10 am, and at the Silver level on 7 May from 10 am. Basic level members, as well as members of the general public will get the opportunity to purchase tickets from 10 am on 8 May.

Every year, Müpa’s annual Advent concert offers a moment of contemplation and helps to evoke the holiday spirit amid the busy period of the festive preparations before Christmas. This year’s concert features the world-renowned German-British baritone, Benjamin Appl, as soloist. In addition to performing at the traditional New Year’s concert, audiences might be familiar with his velvety smooth voice from the Kurtág100 Festival’s and Bartók Spring’s programmes. On this promisingly colourful and varied evening, he will be performing songs from his most recent album dedicated entirely to Christmas songs, while the Lautitia Choir Family, led by József Nemes from Debrecen, and the Anima Musicae Chamber Orchestra, under the artistic direction of László G. Horváth, will also take the stage with their own productions

The Müpa Budapest underground garage gates will be operated by an automatic number plate recognition system.
