This international choral festival takes place of the third time from 18 to 21 May and will welcome more than a thousand singers from all over the world. In addition to the gala events in the concert hall, the programme features festival concerts, communal singing and workshops, and the return of the midnight choral concert.
If you enjoy unwinding at night and being part of a commotion and cavalcade, then you've come to the right place for Müpa Budapest's nighttime event. Our programme entitled Reverberation creates a carnival atmosphere: the choirs will make the entire building of Müpa Budapest resound in the strictest sense of the term. Singing will ring out in the staircases, and there will be a dance house in the Foyer. The programme will not only 'make demands of' the audience's ears, however: the audience will also be asked to join in with communal music-making with song and dance, and tune in to the night concert that will follow Reverberation.
