We often think of puppets as toys. And the roles people play are games too. A closer look at the matter reveals that even the most serious situations in life impose roles on us. The dramatist is life itself, and the directors are the circumstances surrounding us: we frequently feel that not only do we have to play the role assigned to us, but we are also puppets of our life situations. Perhaps at times puppets and the roles they play are not about farce, but something serious and dramatic? This is the question that the works being presented at this concert address.
