More programmes for autumn-winter 2024 and Budapest Wagner Days 2025

Although we still have many more concerts and performances in store for visitors this season, we are already hard at work getting ready for next season too. The 2025 Budapest Wagner Days festival offers the chance to meet classic artists like the booming bass-baritones Bryn Terfel and Gábor Bretz, as well as one of Hungary’s finest sopranos, Polina Pasztircsák. And just like always, we have also been thinking about fans of lighter genres: on the schedule are the new-wave jazz sounds of Mammal Hands, Echo Collective, known for their Radiohead covers, and the brilliant Kenny Barron playing with his trio, while the Palestinian Le Trio Joubran, long recognised in world music circles, will give a taste of traditional Arab music.

Tickets for the performances will be available from 10 am on 28 May.
