Playing French manouche swing music, Myrtill and the SWINGUISTIQUE is perhaps Myrtill Micheller's most successful and popular line-up ever. As the title of the concert indicates, the band is celebrating its tenth anniversary. However, the evening will also serve as a record launch, as the band is releasing its fourth album for the concert. Along with the songs on the new album, they will of course be performing the most popular chansons from their previous albums, and we will also get to welcome guest artist Roby Lakatos to the stage.

Myrtill and the SWINGUISTIQUE formed in 2011 and the following year released their first album, featuring songs in French and English in a unique adaptation of manouche swing. The CD was a great success, going gold in under a year. Their next release came in 2013, with arrangements of undeservedly forgotten Hungarian songs from the '50s and '60s. For their third album, they selected a show's worth of chansons of the iconic Édith Piaf, much to the delight of the audience. They have had great success over the years performing at concerts both in Hungary and across Europe, from Germany to Montenegro. The fourth album, now being released, also includes a number of French chansons, as well as one song in Hungarian. This will be the Artisjus Performing Artist Award-winning Micheller Myrtill's fourth visit to Müpa Budapest's Béla Bartók National Concert Hall with an independent, full-length concert, and like all of her past appearances, this show too will present the audience with another side of her.
