The new voice of KFT in the Palace of Arts On 23 June, the Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság performs at the 'Hey, June!' Festival in the Palace of Arts. This time a more sophisticated sound, which suits the acoustics of the Palace of Arts better, will dominate the concert instead of the hard one we got used to hear from the rock stages. Beside the 'compulsory' great hits like 'Afrika' and 'Balatoni nyár', the band will also perform songs that they played quite a while ago and ones that they ha...ve not played at all yet. Songs will be re-arranged, with a new colour. IN some songs, Tibor Bornai will play the cello; in another one the band plays eight-handed on the piano. György Kurtág Jr, the France-based sound designer has helped to create the new sound. His world of electronic music will mix with the special sound of KFT at this evening. György Kurtág Jr has an outstanding role in the life of the band, as his friend Miklós Lengyelfi II was accepted to the band upon his recommendation. The excellent harmonica-player, Mátyás Pribojszky will also appear at the concert. During the concert, animation film director Ferenc Czakó, who worthily achieved world fame with his art, will illustrate the songs with live sand animations on the projector's screen. The animations will sometimes form a complete unity with the stage video footages of Györyg Herczeg's direction.
