The Bëlga group is unique on the Hungarian light music scene. They recently celebrated their tenth anniversary and over the past decade have performed at all of Hungary’s leading festivals and clubs. Their records carry warnings about their lyrical content but these expressions are never designed to shock in a crude self-serving way but give this rap group an individual level of linguistic inventiveness. They are coming to the Palace of Arts with a specially compiled programme. Knowing that the... Festival Theatre is one of the finest equipped in the country, they have decided to expand their meaningful music with stage elements in which we’ll hear old songs with DJ Titusz’s inventive grooves. Besides music and rap elements, we can expect a production that challenges our intellects. In their stage play, interesting and astonishing elements alternate, and we can expect to see things like beach volleyball or improvised dance choreography.
