A Celebration of Folk Music always offers first-class entertainment for little ones, too. The Makám band will be providing it this time, from 5 pm to 6 pm. Its Insect Ball brings wilderness to the city kids: forests, meadows, lakes and streams, and the animals that inhabit them. They'll get to hear all about the centipede's birth, the round-eyed rabbit's nightmares, the truant cicada and the dangers in store for the baby alligator. They'll get a peak at tadpoles wriggling in a puddle and at Kormos the kitten washing himself with water dripping from the eaves. And to top it all off, they'll get to dance through the zoo too with Makám leading the way!
