It is established as an integral part of the international concert calendar, and for the first time, it will be staged in Palace of Arts. Born in Turkey in 1970, Fazil Say is one of the most colourful personalities... on the music scene. He is an exceptionally virtuosic pianist, a versatile composer and passionate jazz player. He has been a soloist with the New York Philharmonic, Israel Philharmonic and St Petersberg Philharmonic as well as the Orchestre National de France. He has played at the Salzburg Festival and the Montreux Jazz Festival as well as London’s Harrod’s Piano Series. In 2008, he was appointed an ambassador as part of the European Union’s initiative “the European year of dialogue between cultures.”
