Taking place monthly from the autumn of 2010, the Colour Extra series presents young musicians who have won Annie Fischer Scholarships for musical performance. Established by the Ministry of Education and issued by Filharmónia Budapest, the scholarships were set up in honour of Annie Fischer. The warmly remembered and world-renowned pianist herself helped a great many young artists launch their careers, enjoying undivided praise and popularity both at home and abroad. The scholarships are awarde...d each year to ten talented young musicians by a panel of distinguished experts. This season, audiences are invited to hear scholarship winners at a series of four concerts in the Glass Hall. Performers, in order of appearance: Entry is free.
