This ensemble primarily concentrates on Baroque music and from the 1980s, has been one of the most important workshops for early music. Since their debut in London (Wigmore Hall, 1999) they have worked regularly with Cecilia Bartoli, René Jacobs and Andreas Scholl. Over the past decade, they have sold over one million records. They have won numerous prizes, most recently the Telemann prize of the city of Magdeburg in 2006....
