16 October opening hours

We would like to inform our visitors that 16 October the Müpa Budapest building from 3 pm until 11 pm, the ticket office from 6 pm until 7.30 pm will be expecting visitors with changed opening hours. The Ludwig Museum, the Vince Bookshop, the Rózsavölgyi CD and Sheet Music Store, the Bohemian Reastaurant and the Ethnosound Musical Instrument Store will be closed on this day. The P'Art Café will be open from 6 pm until 11 pm.

Audience favourite Fringe Festival show back on Müpa Budapest schedule

The Recirquel Contemporary Circus Company was a huge hit at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival – a cultural event drawing an audience of roughly two million and celebrating its 70th anniversary this year. The show Paris de nuit captured the critics and audience alike. Fringe Festival Board member Sharon Burgess described the show as a special and unique production.

Multimedia content freely accessible for two months

From 3 July until 31 August, our visitors get free access to our library of valuable video recordings, with no registration required. Visitors will gain access to more than 60 recorded performances from Müpa Budapest’s most successful concerts. The video content available offers a wide range of genres, including recordings of entire operas, classical music concerts, as well as pop and jazz performances, with some also available in HD quality.
