The Müpa Budapest underground garage will be closed on 2nd June

We would like to kindly inform our visitors that the Müpa Budapest underground garage will be closed on 2nd June due to the Garage Band Festival. Parking is still free, you will be able to park your car in the ground level car park next to the building.

The "blood-red king" returns to Budapest

After last year's concert tour in America, King Crimson, the most prestigious progressive rock band, is going on a tour in Europe in 2018. To the joy of many, Budapest has now been added to the sites announced so far, as a stage of the band's tour called Uncertain Times will be held in the Müpa concert hall on 29th June.

Jazz big-hitters and an enigmatic diva join the Jazz Legends pantheon

Jazz fans can look forward to an exciting summer as the biggest living legends of the genre take over Müpa Budapest for three evenings.

Following the visit of Dianne Reeves in March, the Jazz Legends series, which runs from 3 to 6 July 2018 now welcomes a genius of contemporary jazz in Chick Corea, along with the silken-voiced singer Melody Gardot and the Grammy Award-winning jazz guitarist John Scofield, as well as HUDSON, the new line-up of one of the best-known jazz drummers of our time, Jack DeJohnette.
