In these programmes for children of kindergarten and primary school age, fairytales are brought to life by and through the medium of music. Ever since she can remember, Amika has yearned madly for two things: to open a cake shop, and for this cake shop to be more extraordinary than any other. Her dream has come true – and what’s more, on seven occasions in her life. However, every single time she opens a shop, she soon has to shut it again and move on: from city to small town, from small town to... big village, and from big village to small one, trying to start a new life for herself by opening a new cake shop, only to have to close it once again within a short space of time. Amika has no idea what the problem is with her and her cake shops – but the more failures she suffers, the more determined she is when it comes to closing an old shop, moving on, and opening a new one somewhere else. Until one day she arrives in the village of Just-So… Ages: 3–8 years Presented by: Palace of Arts
