Palace of Arts Live Webcast – Twice In A Row

2011. November 16.

The Palace of Arts website will broadcast live concerts two times this week: it will be possible to watch the Ethno-Music Days event’s opening program, Ethno-Union, even from the comfort of your own home, while the Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra’s concert will be the bill for the following evening.

The founders of Transglobal Underground, which has always had a knack for reinventing itself, gathered musicians who combine traditional music with a hip electronic sound from all over Europe. The group will be completed by Bulgarian, British, and Hungarian participants.
On November 17, the Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra will play the works of Haydn, Péter Wolf, Korngold, and Bruckner at the Béla Bartók National Concert Hall. This time the orchestra will be conducted by Mátyás Antal, with Kristóf Baráti playing the violin solo.
