This spring, Kispál és a Borz released their quiet acoustic style CD which faithfully documents their current endeavour of testing out their old songs and some of the newer ones in different musical garments. This concert represents another stage in the process: we’ll hear songs familiar from the records as well as new songs and fresh arrangements. In a line up featuring strings led by Attila Szabó and augmented with Gábor Leskovics, this one-off group has attained its own stability and produces... performances every bit as strong as Kispál in its familiar guise. Many Kispál fans have become hooked on these exceptional concerts and we hope this concert will attract similar devotion. The band is now twenty years old and is proud to play for the third time at the Béla Bartók National Concert Hall as part of a series of programmes offering quality light music by the Palace of Arts.
