Two British and two American musicians have come together in this freshly formed quartet which plays exceptionally creative jazz with many fusion elements. And these are not just any musicians: they are some of the premiere figures of European and American jazz. Gwilym Simcock at 28 is one of finest pianists of British jazz and world fusion. His compatriot Mike Walker has been a major international figure in jazz since the eighties and one of the best jazz guitarists in Europe. Steve Swallow ha...s been one of the leading American jazz musicians since the sixties and everyone is proud to have played with him. For many years, he has performed with Adam Nussbaum who has drummed with the likes of John Scofield, Sten Getz, Michael Brecker and Gary Burton.
