The aim of this light music festival, which it is hoped will become an annual tradition, is to find talented child singers and to popularise Hungary through children’s voices. 48 young people from 25 countries have entered the competition, all of whom were born after September 1st 1994. Twelve Hungarian children have entered and will compete alongside other European kids as well as participants from the United States, Israel, China and Lebanon. They will all be singing in their native language.... The distinguished international jury will be chaired by Marjan Katarowski, the director of the Macedonian International Children’s Music Festival “Asterisks”. The winners will receive some impressive prizes and a CD will be made of the festival.

The Müpa Budapest underground garage gates will be operated by an automatic number plate recognition system.
