The operatic heroines of Puccini, Verdi, Bizet and Bellini conquered the entire world. Flautist Eszter Horgas has created a new truly 21st century adaptation of the melodies and personalities of Carmen, Mimi, Violetta and Norma, and is promising to be a treat for us all. She has created a new woman whose name is Charlotte. She is in love, she is passionate, she is self sacrificing and seeking adventure, in other words, she is a True Woman. At this premiere, we will also hear some “best of Horga...s” numbers; then we will hear the most appealing and successful arrangements from the productions of Carmen, La Boheme and Maria – Celestial Love. Eszter Horgas will be partnered by well known distinguished soloists as well as a large symphonic orchestra, chorus and big band.
