We have designed our homepage in a way to meet the prevailing law on the management of personal data. Accordingly, we have striven to ensure that your data be managed only to the extent necessary for using the services of our homepage, fully meeting your personal requirements and at the same time the prevailing legal regulations.

Your data made available to us by your visiting our homepage shall not be transferred to any third party by the Palace of Arts.

Your data managed in relation with your visiting our homepage can only be accessed by our colleagues, to the extent necessary for their meeting their tasks and performing the services you require and / or answering the questions or notes you potentially make.

Copyright Protection

The copyrighted works and the performing art as well as sound and picture recording productions included in the sound and picture recordings used on our homepage are under the protection of the Act on Copyright (76/1999). Under the Act, visitors of the homepage are only entitled to listen to and view the sound and picture recordings.
Any other use shall qualify as a violation of the Copyright Act, with the relevant civil and criminal legal consequences involved.
