When you visit the homepage of the Palace of Arts, your personal data is made available to us.

There are two ways for your personal data (i.e. the data that is connected to you as a person) to get into our computer system:
1.    through the Internet connection, the technical data on the computer, the browser program you use, through the internet address and the pages visited are automatically compiled in our computer system and,
2.    you, yourself may give us your name, contact details or other data when, by using our webpage, you contact us personally, register for our services or purchase tickets online.

We designed our homepage in a way to always meet the prevailing Hungarian laws and regulations on the management of personal data. Accordingly, we have aimed to ensure that your data is only managed and handled to the extent necessary for the use of the services of our webpage while fully meeting your personal requirements and the legal regulations in effect. Your data made available to us by your visiting our homepage shall not be transferred to any third party by the Palace of Arts.

Your data managed in connection to your visit to our homepage can only be accessed by our colleagues, and only to the extent necessary for them meeting their tasks and performing the services you require and/or answering the questions or notes you have made.

Copyright Protection
The copyrighted works and the performing arts as well as the sound and picture recording productions included in the sound and picture recordings used on our homepage are under the protection of the Act on Copyright (76/1999). Under the Act, visitors of the homepage are only entitled to listen to and view the sound and picture recordings. Any other use shall qualify as a violation of the Copyright Act with the relevant civil and criminal legal consequences involved.
